In class we did a future vision exercise where we wrote about where would we be in 10 years, in a biography style. Then we wrote about our goals in the next 5 years we wrote about our personal goals, professional goals, and our artistic goals. We also talked about our portfolio goals and our capstone goals.

My portfolio goal is to have a neat design that shows projects I have done and work that I have completed. Something that can express an accomplishment feeling, where I can show what I have created and the skills I have gained. Personally I want to show what I can accomplish with the skills I have learned over the years and be able to present my self to future prospects jobs, I want to show that I have experience that might not have been in the field but I have learned how to do it in a different way. I want to impress people with my projects and show the meaningful ideas I had creating them. The projects in the portfolio should be a representation of ideas that I want to further develop or want people to find meaning behind them.

My capstone goals are to first figure out what I want to do for my capstone, I want to create something meaningful or entertaining for my project. Personally I want to create something that involves my interest or my skills that I have learned, which can include video game design, robots, music, etc. But I also want it to have some for of meaning either persona,educational, or entertaining. Professionally if it can be something that will help find joy in other people and lines up along with a companies values maybe create something in which I can present to a company as a future idea. I would like to work on something that I can present to future companies or to the industry in the field I want to work in.
